How to donate?
There are two (2) options on how you can donate:

1) You may have your own hairstylist cut the hair, then send it through any reliable courier service.

2.) You may choose to get your haircut for donations from our hairstylist of HEADS volu-med Manila, for a minimal service fee of Php 400.00. Hair For Hope requires a minimum of 12 inches of hair length for donation.

You may use the parking at 6750 or you may be dropped at the Rizal Ballroom of Makati Shangri-La Hotel and you may walk towards Ayala Avenue, our salon is next to Bacchus in front of Manila Peninsula Hotel.
Do you have wigs for Chemo patients?
Chemo patients are closed to our hearts, we offer a wide variety of ready to wear human hair & synthetic wigs. You may visit our salon at Heads volu-med Manila located at Ground Floor Unit 133 Makati Shangri-la, Ayala Avenue, Makati City to check our on hand units or you may order customized unit.
How much does a hair cut cost if I decide to donate my hair after?
If you choose to get your hair cut for donations from a trained hairstylist at HEADS volu-med Manila, there is a service fee of Php 400.00 that will be charged. Hair for Hope requires a minimum of 12 inches of hair length for hair donation.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, you need to book an appointment in advance but we also accept walk-ins but it is not a guarantee that we have an open slot. You may book an appointment ono ur website https://www.heads.ph/book-online or calling & sending SMS to 09175860145 or 88874247 or sending email to contact@heads.ph.
After hair donation, will I get a certificate?
Yes you will receive a certificate after you have donated your hair. In order for us to process it, please be sure that we have your complete details. You can send your complete details at hairforhope@heads.ph in order for us to process your Certificate of Donation. We would appreciate if you can send pictures of the Before & After Haircut via email as well. These pictures will eventually be posted in our social media platforms.
How long is the salon open?
Heads by volu-med Manila is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 6pm on Sundays.
Do you have any branches in the south? My current location is Las Pinas.
As of date we only have one (1) branch here in the Philippines. Heads by volu-med Manila salon is located at the Ground Floor Unit 133 Makati Shangri-la Hotel Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1200. Hair for Hope has a partnership program with Makati Medical Center, Asian Hospital, UP Manila, ADMU and other beneficiary organizations, that provides free wigs to cancer patients. For every nine quality-passed hair bundles, Hair for Hope will give one wig to the chosen beneficiary organization for a patient in need.
