SIZE CHART

While average-sized wigs tend to fit most customers, the small-sized wig is quite in demand as well. All clients need to find out what cap size fits them best. We therefore recommend that you measure your head size before deciding on a wig.

  1. Flatten your hair if need be.

  2. Use a cloth or paper tape-measure for measuring your head.

  3. Match your measurements to the size chart below.

Before beginning to measure your head, flatten your hair. Then take a measuring tape and measure your head circumference: starting at your natural hairline in front, follow your hairline to just above your ear. Measure around the back to the bend in your neck, just above your other ear, then around front to where you began.

When measuring,do not pull the tape measure; just rest it over your head. Pulling stretches the tape and will give you an incorrect size. With the so-determined measure, you can determine the size of the wig cap (Extra Small, Small, Average and Large) based on the table below.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the next larger size available. Also, most wigs out of the HEADS Ready-To-Wear Collection have adjustable straps that give up to 1/2".

If you do not have a measuring tape on hand, take a cord or the like to determine the head circumference, mark off the place on the cord where it comes full circle (where the start-end of the cord touches the cord’s wraparound part), and measure the length of that segment of the cord with a ruler.
